Off Szn Hockey’s mission is to provide developmentally-appropriate, hockey-specific, off-season training for young female hockey players. Our training is designed with USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM) as a foundation. By introducing our players to structured training at an earlier age, we aim to improve their performance on and off the ice and help them reach the next level. Our main goal is to develop our players holistically to empower them to perform at their best in hockey, school, and life.
