OUR PROGRAMMING
SUMMER CAMPS
Our summer camps offer a mix of on-ice and dryland training coupled with daily team building activities and competitive challenges. We invite guest coaches to these camps who have played at the DIII, DI, and professional levels. Our players are challenged daily through drills that help them improve on the ice and off the ice. For many girls, our summer camps are the first time they have done dryland training and many players/parents are impressed with the growth they see. The goal of our summer camps is to encourage our girls to challenge themselves, challenge each other, and have fun.
School Vacation Clinics
During various school breaks throughout the year, we hold skills clinics for players ages 6-14 and some middle/high school clinics. Some clinics may come with a small group option, however all of our skills clinics have a low player to coach ratio. The goal of these clinics is to provide your daughter with a structured activity during school vacation while improving hockey skills such as skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting. Each clinic will also provide ample opportunity for competition through small area games and other challenges.

Off Szn Hockey skills clinics are held throughout the spring, summer, and fall. The goal of our skills clinics is to provide girls with an opportunity to boost their on-ice hockey skills during the off season. Some skills clinics will be on-ice only, off-ice only, or a combination. We emphasize the combination of training on and off the ice to build speed, strength, and stamina. We introduce our players to dryland training with speed, strength, and agility drills that will translate to on-ice performance.
Semi-private training
Throughout the fall, spring, and summer we offer semi-private training for anywhere from 2 to 8 girls. These small groups can be coordinated to be on or off ice. With your own weekly semi-private training session, your daughter will have the chance to train and compete with girls of a similar age and skill level (and most often with their friends or teammates!) With our BYOG (bring your own group) option, you can get a few of your daughter's friends together and create your own weekly session with days, times, and location that work for you! Private Training
Our private 1-on-1 training sessions provide our clients with individualized training in order to meet players where they're at and improve quickly. Our private training comes with a free 30 minute consultation to discuss training goals, current strengths, and areas for improvement. Training is designed based on these conversations and will be adjusted as players advance their skills. We seek to challenge our players to push themselves and help them gain a competitive edge while improving their strength, speed, stamina, and individual hockey skills.
